Due to the separation of Motorola, Inc., the name of the Plans changed to the Motorola Solutions Pension Plan and the Motorola Solutions Supplemental Pension Plan (MSPP) effective Jan. 1, 2011. As of March 1, 2009, the Motorola Solutions Pension Plans were frozen, which means no additional retirement benefits will accrue for any participant. The Motorola Solutions U.S. Pension Plans are administered by Aon Hewitt.

You can access your account online 24 hours a day via the Your Benefits Resources (YBR) website. Contact the Aon Hewitt Participant Service Center if you need password assistance.

If you participated in the Motorola Solutions Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), you may still have shares of stock in your account at either Morgan Stanley Smith Barney (MSSB) or E*TRADE.

If you purchased shares up to and including Mar. 29, 2013, they were deposited into your MSSB account.  You're still able to keep your MSSB account and MSSB has extended online acess to your account through at least Dec. 31, 2014; after that, you'll only be able to access your account by calling the MSSB Service Center at (877) 211-1821.

If you purchased shares on our after Sept. 30, 2013, they were deposited into your E*TRADE account.  The E*TRADE website allows you to view and manage your account at anytime.  If you need assistance with activating or accessing your account, click here to contact E*TRADE's Customer Service Center.
